Mi a HybriQ®?+
HybriQ® is an innovative technology developed and patented by Cosentino for the manufacture of the new Silestone®. It provides improved product performance and minimal environmental impact which contributes to maintaining a safe working environment. This new formulation results in a product composition where the presence of crystalline silica is significantly reduced. All Silestone® products labelled with HybriQ Technology® have a crystalline silica content below 50% or 10%, depending on the colour. For easy identification, all our slabs are labelled Q50 (maximum 50% crystalline silica) or Q10 (maximum 10% crystalline silica).

HybriQ Technology - FAQ
A HybriQ® a Cosentino által az új Silestone® gyártásához kifejlesztett és szabadalmaztatott technológia. A technológia a legmodernebb folyamatokat, technikákat és anyagokat kombinálja, miközben megőrzi a Silestone® összes előnyét és jellemzőjét. Ráadásul a HybriQ® továbbá javítja a Silestone tulajdonságait és a terméket kezelő alkalmazottak munkakörnyezetét, csökkentve a gyártás környezetre gyakorolt hatását.
A Cosentino K+F erőfeszítései két célra összpontosítanak: a gyártási folyamat átalakítása a teljes körkörösség irányába, valamint a Silestone® formula módosítása.
A HybriQ® technológiával az összes Silestone® termék gyártása 100% megújuló energia és 99% újrahasznosított víz használatával történik. Emellett, követve a Cosentino körkörös gazdaságot képviselő filozófiáját, a gyártás során keletkezett hulladék optimalizálására, újrahasznosítására és nyersanyagként a gyártási ciklusba való visszavezetésére kerül sor.
Míg a HybriQ® technológia forradalminak számít a fenntarthatóság és biztonság szempontjából, a HybriQ+ még egyet lép előre a környezet iránti elköteleződés terén.
