Co je HybriQ®?+
HybriQ® is an innovative technology developed and patented by Cosentino for the manufacture of the new Silestone®. It provides improved product performance and minimal environmental impact which contributes to maintaining a safe working environment. This new formulation results in a product composition where the presence of crystalline silica is significantly reduced. All Silestone® products labelled with HybriQ Technology® have a crystalline silica content below 50% or 10%, depending on the colour. For easy identification, all our slabs are labelled Q50 (maximum 50% crystalline silica) or Q10 (maximum 10% crystalline silica).

HybriQ® je technologie vyvinutá a patentovaná společností Cosentino pro výrobu tohoto nového materiálu Silestone®. Tato technologie kombinuje nejmodernější procesy, techniky a materiály a zároveň zachovává všechny výhody a vlastnosti materiálu Silestone®. HybriQ® navíc obohacuje vlastnosti materiálu Silestone a pracovního prostředí pro ty, kdo s výrobkem manipulují a snižuje dopad jeho výroby na životní prostředí.
Úsilí výzkumu a vývoje společnosti Cosentino se zaměřuje na dva cíle: transformaci výrobního procesu směrem k totální cirkulaci a úpravu receptury Silestone®.
Všechny výrobky Silestone® s technologií HybriQ® jsou vyráběny s využitím 100% obnovitelné energie a 99 % recyklované vody. Kromě toho je odpad vznikající při výrobě v souladu s filozofií oběhového hospodářství společnosti Cosentino optimalizován, znovu použit a vrácen do výrobního cyklu jako surovina.
Technologie HybriQ® je sice revolucí v oblasti udržitelnosti a bezpečnosti, avšak HybriQ+ jde o krok dále ve svém závazku vůči životnímu prostředí.
