Maïmouna Guerresi, is an Italian-Senegalese multimedia artist working with photography, sculpture, video and installation.

Through her art, the Italian-Senegalese multimedia artist expresses the beauty of cultural diversity, based on her life-long experience between two cultures: European and African.

Most of her works are dedicated to the female world, and in particular within Muslim culture, highlighting the strength and the spiritual and cultural value that women can bring to society.
