Casa #20
RUE Arquitectos
Cintruénigo, Navarra
In the very dense urban fabrics of Spanish towns appear narrow plots that are left difficult to occupy; a field full of opportunities for architecture to surprise us.

A 6x15-meter floor plan gives rise to a complex section that plays with distances, free heights, setbacks, and the different degrees of opacity of the enclosures. The combination of these four parameters is based on the traditional house/courtyard/annex space sequence and on intersecting routes that sew the three volumes into a single entity.
